Simple. Motorcycle Top Boxes Australia (MCTB) is dedicated to bringing you the best motorcycle luggage and storage accessories, and providing a positive shopping experience. We take pride in only offering high quality products that you will, get great use and value from, and be proud to own. MCTB is all about providing you with great service before, during, and after your purchase.  We prove this by:-

• Keeping your personal information safe. We provide a safe and secure shopping cart that processes your credit card and personal information using the highest data encryption available (which we believe is currently PayPal).

• Answering our phones during business hours, returning messages quickly, and answering all e-mails promptly.
• Shipping all orders promptly.Most orders ship the same day, but some may take as long as 48 hours to ship. For items that are specially ordered or imported, it may take slightly longer, but we consolidate our orders and check them for quality before shipping directly to you.
• Treating you with honesty and respect. None of this "sorry the truck broke down" bulls#1t. If we made a mistake, we admit it, then we fix it (doesn't happen that often).
  
• Rewarding loyalty and referrals. If your mate bought something, and told you about us, we want to know, so we can do something about it.
  

Unlike our rivals, we are not controlled by major multi-nationals, where some over-paid CEO makes decisions sitting behind a desk in a corporate oasis, whilst your money is being funnelled through some off-shore tax-haven.

What is our Business Experience?

Both Armando Garay & Dan Mumby have each been in business for more than 20 years, in both big & small business, in Sales & Marketing, Operations, IT and Logistics.

Dan Mumby is a local business professional who originally came from the "wrong side of the tracks". He is active not only in his local Point Cook community, but also in worthy causes that are close to his heart, like 'Dads In Distress'. Even after working for many years big corporate giants, he still has a reputation for being a maverick (sometimes in a suit).

Armando Garay also had a tough start in life, and learnt success from the lessons taught by playing professional sport at international level. His success in other businesses proves his ability to deliver on his promises. His tough style and no-nonsense approach are more than balanced by his warmth and big sense of humour.
 

MCTB was started in June 2003 by Armando under the ownership of the privately-owned company, Intelligent Transport P/L.(I.T.), selling to motorcycle retail stores and direct to consumers via eBay. In December 2005, I.T. contracted  Dan Mumby of PALM Marketing P/L to develop an e-commerce system for marketing their products over the internet. In Feb 2007 the business was split, with Intelligent Transport handling the warehousing and storage of products, and MCTB (now a division of PALM Marketing P/L) taking over the retail, marketing and merchandising responsibilities.

 

We have been firm friends for almost 15 years, originally working together as colleagues. And we both share a love of bikes and riding.

In todays world, our competitive edge is to our commitment to providing outstanding customer service, great product selection, just-in-time ordering and competitive pricing. No big overhead, no major warehousing costs, and very low profit margins.Our business is built on loyalty, repeat business, customers recommending us, and telling their friends about us.Unlike our competitors, we are flexible.

 

Our advantage being small and lean is that we can make decisions quickly, to suit our customers, not our shareholders.Due to this, we have grown considerably.
